Language Training That Meets Your Company’s Needs
Purpose
This online English training course is intended to help designated employees gain confidence speaking English during their jobs, increase productivity, and build rapport with their improved ability to communicate and get their point across. This online language training program includes: work-specific dialogues & role-playing, life skills & conversational, oral practice, pronunciation help, and suggestions on how to continue the learning process outside of the classroom.
Schedule
Courses can be scheduled to take place at a time convenient for your company. Workplace Languages is able to teach 24 / 7.
Curriculum
Two weeks are needed to create the curriculum and prepare for the course.
Accountability
We need participants to have downloaded Zoom or the appropriate learning platform prior to the first online English training class. Attendance, being on time with technology ready and participation are all keys to the program’s success.
One of the many advantages of online English instruction is that all sessions will be recorded and if a student misses a class, she / he can access any lesson that has been missed.
Instructors
This is probably the biggest differentiator between Workplace Languages and other companies that offer onsite language training and online language classes for companies.
Our language training instructors are selected based on:
- their experience teaching English to adults in the workplace,
- their ability to assess individual learning needs and develop appropriate curriculum,
- their effectiveness in the classroom.
What Is Included With Each Course
Our online English training course includes:
- a facilitated initial meeting between company and instructor.
- a “technology session” with the participants prior to the first class.
- 20 hours of online instruction (per class) for up to 16 students.
- customized downloadable handouts for each student.
- all sessions / lessons recorded so they can be reviewed.
